Huebsch Services, a progressive, growing, family company in Eau Claire, WI seeks outgoing, hard working candidates to fill future Route Service Specialist positions. Our representatives service an existing business client base with uniform, floor matting and hygienic services. Routes operate Monday through Thursday with an incentive plan to earn Fridays off. Previous sales or delivery experience is not required, but a clean driving record is a must.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Provide services to an existing client base
2. Build and maintain relationships to create loyal, long-term customers
3. Look for opportunities to grow business by recommending products that better serve the customer
4. Visit potential customers on the route
Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license
· Safe driving record (candidates that receive an offer will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check)
· Strong work ethic
· Motivated to succeed: set and achieve goals
· Attention to detail
· Computer skills helpful
· Out-going personality
· Proficient interpersonal skills
· Previous customer service and/or sales related experiences a plus
· Physical requirements that include repeated bending, twisting, and lifting at least 40 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. occasionally)
