Huebsch Services, a progressive, family owned company in Eagan is seeking outgoing and hardworking candidates for Route Service Specialist positions. This team member will service an existing client route with floor matting and hygienic services. Routes operate Monday through Thursday with an incentive plan to earn Fridays off. Previous sales or delivery experience is prefered but not required. A clean driving record is a must.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide services to an existing client base.
- Build and maintain relationships to create loyal, long-term customers.
- Look for opportunities to solve problems for the customer.
- Grow the business through sales of additional products and services.
- Prospect for new customers by watching for new businesses going up on the route and visiting potential customers on the route.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic

- Computer skills helpful
- Out-going personality
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service and/or sales related experiences a plus
- Can handle physical requirements that include repeated bending, twisting, and lifting at least 40 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. occasionally)
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record (Candidates that receive an offer will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.)
