I have received numerous, very positive feedback from City staff and visitors to City Hall regarding the restroom micro-burst air fresheners, toilet seat cleanser and the hand sanitizers located throughout the building.
Personally, I believe the floor matting (lower level Police Department entrance and upper level main entrance to City Hall) that Huebsch replaces and cleans on a monthly basis provides a 'fresh professional appearance' to City Hall. Prior to engaging Huebsch, our entrance matting was purchased, then with a lack of attention; not thoroughly cleaned, became worn, faded, matted and remained in service only because it retained some protection and its replacement costs became an easy 'target' in the annual maintenance budget to cut.

He is very pleasant to work with, he checks with us to see what we need, and he takes care of it in a timely manner. He also makes sure we have our rugs on time for special events. "Last year, as the Plank Enterprises, Inc. family of companies was contemplating its move from Banbury Place in downtown Eau Claire, WI to its new location at 4404 Anderson Drive in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the decision was made to obtain competitive bids on many of our facility services, ie., garbage, vending, janitorial, floor mats, restroom supplies and employee uniforms.
It was during this "shopping" process that Huebsch, who was not our incumbent supplier, was invited to submit a bid for our floor mats, restroom supplies and employees' uniform needs. In the end, Huebsch was able to reduce our overall costs for these services to levels below what we had been paying at our previous location. Their sales staff was very easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed prior to moving into our new facility. Their weekly delivery staff provides excellent service and is genuinely concerned with meeting our needs. In addition, their weekly invoices are easy to understand and reconcile.
