- United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley
On September 16, 2011 we had 16 employees at Huebsch volunteer for Day of Caring through the United Way. We helped out at the local Hope Gospel Mission Center by cleaning and organizing their facility. After Hope Gospel we went to the Eau Claire YMCA and replaced their old playground sand with new playground sand.

United Way of Greater Chippewa Valley
On August 21, 2009 we had a total of 28 employees volunteer at the Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity Training Center as a part of United Way's 2009 Day of Caring event. We worked together on numerous carpentry projects including building a shed, cleaning their facility, and constructing and painting park benches.
On March 16th, 2006 we were recognized as having the second largest campaign increase among companies with 50-100 employees. Being a Cornerstone, Pillar, and Pinnacle sponsor shows how important it is for us to provide support for the community needs of Eau Claire and the surrounding area.
We'd like to thank Mary Steinke, our Wisconsin General Manager, and Matt Waller, our Account Manager, for dedicating their time to serve as Loaned Executives.

- Adopt A Highway
Our employees volunteer 3 to 4 times a year, cleaning up two miles of roadside along Highway 312 between Business 53 and the Highway 53 bypass.

- Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce
Every year we invite the "Leadership Eau Claire" project to visit the Huebsch facility and learn about our unique Customer Focused Production method. As a member of the ECACC, we actively participate in Chamber activities. Our biggest event is the annual Breakfast in the Valley. We provide linens as well as many volunteers.
- Wisconsin Special Olympics
Every year, the Huebsch team braves the cold waters of a frozen Wisconsin lake to support the Wisconsin Special Olympics by participating in the Polar Plunge.

- American Red Cross
Each year we sponsor the Real Heroes celebration that honors local people for their inspiring acts of courage and kindness for outstanding bravery.
- UWEC Foundation
We provide scholarships for extraordinary students.
- Chippewa Valley Museum
Several articles of Huebsch history as well as financial contributions have been made to the Chippewa Valley Museum.
