Customer Focused Production
We have developed a unique concept that addresses clients’ most common complaints about commercial laundry: laundry loss, ruined garments, or mixed-up clothes. Our unique program of Customer Focused Production allows us to involve every one of our employees in the process and let them take individual responsibility.
Our process begins with our route service specialist collecting your soiled garments at your facility. The uniforms are tracked with a bar code that is unique to your company. At our plant, your uniforms are given to the same four-employee production team every week. They check your pockets for forgotten items, wash, dry, and mend your garments as if they were their own. Customer Focused Production is also very beneficial to the actual garments by extending their life and making it easier on your skin.
We take a great deal of pride in the way your uniforms are handled. Unlike other large industrial laundries, we use small washers and dryers and divide clothes by customer. That means that your garments will never be washed with another company’s garments.
