Customer Focused Production
We have developed a unique concept that addresses clients’ most common complaints about commercial laundry: laundry loss, ruined garments, or mixed-up clothes. Our unique program of Customer Focused Production allows us to involve every one of our employees in the process and let them take individual responsibility.
The Process
1. First, your soiled garments and linen are collected at your facility by one of our route service specialists.
2. Second, your laundry is given to the same four-employee production team every time your clothing comes in for cleaning.
3. Third, our employees check any garments for forgotten items in the pockets and then wash, dry, and mend all your laundry items as if they were their own.
Our company uses small washers and dryers because unlike other large industrial laundries we divide clothes by customer so that your garments and linen will never be washed with another company's laundry items. By using smaller loads we can specialize your wash and dry to fit your cleaning needs. This extends the life of your laundry and even makes it easier on your skin because of the selection of chemicals we use in the cleaning process.
